During his official visit to Namibia, Ambassador Giacomo Berutto has paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba Sergio Vigoa de la Uz: the historical relations between the two Countries and the possibilities of working together for the Namibian people were among the main topics of the talk. Fra’ Giovanni Scarabelli, ecclesiastical counsellor, was also present. Ambassador Berutto stated how pleased he is of having the chance to cooperate with the Embassy of Cuba in order to carry out new common projects and address important issues in Namibia, according to the spirit of the Order of Malta.
