Last week, Ambassador Giacomo Berutto was received in Windhoek at the Namibian Episcopal Conference. Together with Fra’ Giovanni Scarabelli and Diego Fiorini, His Excellency was welcomed by the Secretary General Father Benni Karu; the official meeting was intended to strengthen the existing relations with the Namibian Church. “The results are very encouraging – stated Ambassador Berutto -: together we discussed future projects and agreed to continue working together for the population in need following the example of Christ and the teaching of the Church. The Secretary General made various proposals, for which I am very grateful and which will soon be converted into effectivness”.
